We are thrilled to offer holistic and family friendly care to the wonderful people of the Klamath Basin by our two wonderful providers.
Laura Blevins, Naturopathic Doctor
Before medical school Dr. Blevins attended Southern Oregon University and earned a B.S. in Biology with Biomedical Science emphasis and a minor in Chemistry along with a B.S. in Music with bassoon as her primary instrument.
Dr. Blevins was born and raised in Moab, UT and still loves the outdoors. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, especially her husband, son, and daughter who keep life eternally entertaining. She also enjoys gardening, camping, playing and listening to music, and traveling. She is also often seen at local and regional BMX tracks where her family races! She also plays bassoon with the Klamath Symphony.
You'll rarely catch her without her "fur supervisor" Miss Stella who keeps close tabs on the clinic and home!
Crystal Yarnall, Family Nurse Practitioner
Crystal Yarnall is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a deep commitment to whole-person, patient-centered care. Originally from Iowa, she relocated to Oregon in 2021 to practice medicine in a way that aligns with her values—focusing on treating the root causes of illness, not just the symptoms.
With over two decades of nursing experience, Crystal began her journey in healthcare in 2003. Her passion for helping others started early in life and has only grown stronger throughout her career. She believes in a holistic approach to medicine, integrating both conventional and functional perspectives to support each patient’s unique path to wellness.
Crystal is currently expanding her expertise in areas often overlooked by mainstream medicine, including chronic Lyme disease, mold-related illness, and other complex conditions. She is also actively pursuing certification in ADHD management and advanced wound care to further serve her patients’ diverse needs.
Outside the clinic, Crystal enjoys life with her husband of 20 years, their three children, and a lively pack of five dogs. She’s an avid football fan, lifelong learner, music lover, and always has a good book close at hand.
