We understand that having your visit covered by insurance is ideal for most patients. That's why we work diligently to offer in-network coverage for as many insurance plans as possible for all of our providers. 

Self-pay discount: For patients without insurance coverage for care we offer a time-of-service discount for self-pay patients who are able to pay in a timely manner. Please call the office for more information. 

Medicare and TriCare: We are happy to offer both Medicare and TriCare coverage as of 2025. Call the office for more information. 

Medicaid/OHP: We take Cascade Health Alliance (CCO for Klamath County) along with "Open Card" Medicaid. 

Moda, BCBS, Cigna, Providence, Aetna, GEHA, HMA, PacificSource, United: We are in-network with most commercial plans. Call your insurance to verify your benefits and co-pay. Please ensure you bring your insurance card to all appointments.
